I do. And a growneer 6” fan I have mounted the same way.
Nylon straps came with my cheap tent. Hanging from tent inside top cross members. It’s a cloudline t6
Does yours vibrates? My 6inch will scream, and when full blast that thing can vibrate.
I was looking for a sounding board. I thought it was normal. But @DankGunslinger says his does not do that.

Mine does not vibrate even running at 10. I know Robert digital said his wont suck the sides in mine will at 5. Now I have a 32×32 tent so maybe diff setup. I’m just using those cheap nylon backpack type nylon strap and buckle.

Very happy with my cloudline didn’t get the humidty controller but honestly with my sensor push once you dial it in it seems like I wouldn’t need it.
hmmm, i wonder if my model is different, it does have the humidity controller. I will ask around. I am glad you mentioned it. I had fought with that thing due to sound. I had to take all kinds of measures to get it tolerable. So to find out that it is possible that maybe I need to revisit it. I will. Thanks a million!

Mine is mounted to my drywall. I could hear a vibration/hum that’s why I put that foam between the wall and fan base.

I think @DankGunslinger is saying his is hanging from straps and not bolted to anything. That’s probably why he’s not getting vibration.
