The girl had a moment so we got an update.
Week 11 from seed starts tomorrow. (@Not2SureYet what do you think abiut the length here? Average is what 12 from pop? I just keep remembering my northern light audo that did 10oz in 9 weeks)
Calcium issue, but damage was done and it is what it is. Again I’m away for 2 weeks at a time and the girls at a crunch point in her 5 course university nursing school she really doesn’t have time to mess with the plants.
I though i seen fox tailing so I asked for a closer look
I don’t think it is though, I think they are just finishing up I’ll be able to tell better once I get home. I had her raise the light an inch for good measure that will drop the DLI a bit.
She said these two plants smell up the whole house right now lol… My filters done 2 years I’m going to switch it out when I get home but still makes me happy they are smelly!
I’ll give mephisto points for that.

Then we have the 3 junkers.
The reservoir wasn’t checked and it drifted up so PH was off, my girls been just swamped at school and they were already stunted so don’t really care to be honest. She re ph’d them and gave them a mini flush today with the right PH nutes.
Clearly they are tiny and off color because PH has been out of wack, meh whatever. I don’t even know if I’ll have space for them to finish to be honest we will see how fast the mephistos finish but me and @Not2SureYet are going to drop seeds next week or so.
Ide like to let them flower out but if I don’t have the space then so be it

If you want to make it easy on the GF. I would just put the flowering ones on water now. They look like they are pretty much at that point. And I have the same deal. I bit off more than I can chew again. I need to find a way to get air into the 2x4 tent but no light. So I can move all my little ones in there to flower. I will have to post up in my thread to see if any one has any ideas

Got back home last night so I been offline for a bit, I’m swamped and I’m going to be until next week ughh. Good and bad got a 4 say job but that means 12hr + travel so 14hr days at least I’m home though.
So here is the deal.
Calciuk deficiency definitely got away from me in this one, I need to find out how much calcium. I’m raising a 5 gallon bucket with calcium nitrate.
So I can figure out how much to add when I start seeing a deficiency again.
I know I can figure this just don’t have time to look at it right now so I will later unless someone can give me that info that uses dry nutrients like Jack’s.

I got a couple min in the grow room so I’ll show the damages mephistos that are pimping up and I’ll show you the sad 3 that got bad PH their whole life… I don’t even know if I’m going to keep them they may come down when my new 3 out size them and need the space just chop them at whatever stage they are at and toss them in the bubble hash pile In a month.

Probably the worst cal mag damage I’ve ever done so these mofos were hungry for the cal mag even with lights dialed in.
Here are the 3 suffering ones.
The stretch on the purple kush is sorta funny quite the stretch, I’ll keep that in mind when growing it this enxt round because I will be dropping another.
Both need more time and I’ll be ensuring a fair amount of Amber I want to try and get some serious couch lock for the strawberry nuggetd

I don’t do things really scientifically. When I see that. I just double the dose for a res. Never seems to hurt the others. You could always mix up a gallon with the dose you need and just add it to the tray as it drops too.

I’m. Just mixing up a 5 gallon bucket of mix for the little ones right now and I’ll dive into the grow tomorrow.
I have to prep 3 new pots, I have a couple days mixed up for the big ones I’ll double check it’s ppm and ph in the morning.
@Not2SureYet yeah, easier now that I’m at home but I want to be able to know exactly so I can tell the girl to add 100ppm of cal nitrate. So I know I’m getting 75ppm of calcium or whatever.

Got it. I just say add 5 grams or some thing. You could always take a gallon of water. And mix a gram at a time to see how much will get you to where you want?

If it were me I’d be thinking the ph is off. I’ve never ran into a calcium deficiency using the Jack’s. But if your ph is in check then I would bump it up for 2.4 to 3g/gal on the part b and go up to 2g/gal on the epsom

Hey man, looks great to me! Chop off the sick leaves, bump the cal up a bit and def ride it out. The purple def stretched a bit more huh? I just ordered the Jacks for my grows and I can only hope to see those results. That Straberry Nuggets (looks like bricks to me) is looking mighty fine!

I’m, running hydro gardens chemgro 4-20-39 with cal nitrate and magnesium sulfate. It’s a similar but differnt part A to Jack’s.
Looks like. I’ve been at 4g a gallon, sitting at 5.8 5.9 PH and got calcium deficiencys still.
I’ve been using this stuff for 2 years now but seems this one got away on me, have a DLI of 60 but dialed it back a bit (just haven’t re checked exactly what I’m sitting at.
Here is my scedule I’m Mixing at the week 5 mark as I hold the 1800ppm until closer to finish.
They do say to drop from 4g a gallon on all parts to dropping the mag to 3g with the other two parts staying at 4g a gallon.
I’m not gonna pluck any leafs until harvest I don’t have r GH w garden time right now unfortunately and it doesn’t really matter lots of light penetration as well as have defoilate once already.
The time I do have is just gonna ensure ppm and ph is right this morning and then mix up 3 pots if I have the time…
