Newbie help - Autoflower sour diesel female? Hermie?

Newbie grower, I have a few Autoflower sour diesel that all seem to have male looking parts - from other pictures on the site, these are female? They don’t seem to have pistils growing out of the sacks - should I be worried?

Also, any idea how much longer till harvest?

I don’t see anything to worry about, I think you’re looking at the swollen calyxes - they are a female thing.
