New Seedling Question

I started a new auto grow because I am officially addicted to growing. I admit it. So i have a Love Potion, a Marley’s Grin, and a Mephisto’s Wedding x Manbearalienpig. How much should i be watering these ladies?

Be sure to have plenty of drainage holes in those cups.

I just watered two of my new seedling for the first time since the seeds were planted in the soil over a week ago. Too much water, too often, will drown your seedlings and can lead to stem rot.

The leaves were droopy this morning which is what lead me to post. I have been watering them 10ml. I have drainage holes in the cups. They are under a VipraSpectra P2000 240 watt light at 50% and 18"

Over watering will cause them to droop similarly to underwatering.

I am not saying that you are overwatering.

New grower panic i am sure. They were doing so well. I m probably over analyzing.

I just took a closer look. I would definitely let them dry out before watering again. I repeat, the first water that my seedling receive is over a week after being planted.

After that, they may get watered again a week later.

I should add that the room rH is around 36% (at 80 F) but I have them domed to keep the humidity up for their first couple of weeks.

My tent is at 70°F and 53% RH. I will definitely let them dry out, thanks for the help!

70 F is too cold to effectively grow cannabis. It is a tropical plant. Shoot for 80 F.

Ok, i will set to 80°

I will. That is too much. 2 ml per day if you are going to give her some at this size is plenty for a week. Then the transplant and regular watering to run off can commence.

This one is going on 10 days and only watered once

Seedlings deal much better with drier than wetter…especially if the RH is about 60% or more. I have a heat mat under the base of the sprouter to add warmth.

Learn to feel the difference in weight between a dry cup and one just watered. By dry I don’t mean dried out. I water my young ones to run off also, but not again until dry.
