This is my 2nd grow. This Runtz Auto seedling is 2wk old. Is this a normal? My 1st grow sprouted with clear defined 
(s) but this one looks a bit different.

Looks like a bit of overwatering may be part of the problem. Seedlings this size only need a couple ml of water per day. Cannabis tolerates dry soil far better than wet soil.
Twisty leaves are often a pH problem. What soil are you using and are you pHing the water you give it? Are you feeding nutrients yet?

I wouldn’t say it’s normal but it it’s that uncommon fir seedlings to sometimes look all weird at first.
Typically they eventually grow out of it.

I have her in 5gal pot of Coco Perlit, using ILGM Nutes (Seedling Phase Nute) w/ Cal Mag.- PH 5.9 - PPM 470.
Grow tent
Watering 2x day (AM/PM)
Temp 72 degrees Fahrenheit
Humidity 45 %-50%

Are you using a dome over them to create terrarium type atmosphere?

Okay. Like @1HappyPappy suggested, they may outgrow it. pH and PPM are in line. The best you can do is wait it out and see how they do.

I’d like to add the following: ensure that you are giving only a few ml of water each time. It’s very easy to overwhelm a seedling with water.

I would put humidity dome over it and not water for a week.
