That’s normal on an 18/6 schedule. That’s why I run a 6/2 schedule. They don’t get that worn out look. They get 2 hour naps every 6 hours. They are just telling you they’re done processing light. They’re healthy and wouldn’t change your feed regimen

I have a question outside of this grow bro, im gonna go hydroponic or aeroponic after this, any advice on the best method for an indoor?
I’m sorry, I don’t. I run a perpetual grow so plants are always moving from one space to another. It would require me to run multiple water chillers and multiple reservoirs that I just don’t have time to deal with. There are plenty of knowledgeable growers here running hydro of dwc that you can emulate. Just use the search function and type in what you want to know.
That’s how I started. By looking up threads on what I was trying to do.

With hydro you want to keep your water around 65-70°. People can also use frozen water bottles but it’s not very accurate and requires constant monitoring.
