Just looking for an educated critic. First time grower who reads too much and has many ideas.
Beautiful room I built inside of shed. Sealed like a frogs ass. Insulated. Great air transfer. Plenty of air movement, humidity is good temp fluct from 68-80. SD! Weather is the best.
(2) moms, (5) clones of gorilla glue. And (2) each super silver, purple and a gorilla glue #12
Indica are in growncubes packed inside Periolite only. 3gal pot. Sat is in layered soil and periolite will be in 3 gal pots.
I believe it is week 6-7on the indica. And4-5 sativa. Came from different sources.
I have had them. Indica since the 20th. The sativa I got on 24th.
I too am new to the community. And I am just starting to learn how things work, but I already like it better then my old one. @Caligurl@J-the-beginner and Cali is super nice.
For photo period plants, you can just flip them all at once. Personally, I would probably split it and flip them both at the same time. Not going to hurt the indicas to veg longer as long as you have the vertical space. - Have you read about using the lunar schedules for timing? I have a friend who does it and lots of people follow in his path and ask him for recommendations on the different stages:
Thanks for the lunar tips. I will definitely look into the lunar schedule. That seems like it would promote great growth and proper trigger, closer to nature!
The Indica came from clones (homey hook up)
And the sativas came from a conservatory. I don’t know the seed genetics.
Nutrients are from a friend old log. Working great for growth. Double in size after ten days.
Will be trying to create my own flowering mix based of his old base.
Hey @J-the-beginner , welcome to the forum.
Just a little observation about your plants. I will say they could use more light. They are showing a lot of stretching and there is a lot of space between nodes and the leaf stems are quite long. Without more light they will become very thin and lanky after you flip to 12/12. They wont be able to support the weight of the buds and will collapse without support. Lowering the light will help but unless you have another light to add to the room I dont thing you have enough to flower all those plants. 150w to 200w per plant is a ballpark figure. I am growing 2 plants under 450watts of led light and its barely enough.
They had been under T5’s, Got the 450 led by spider farmer, 3 days ago.
Adding another 450 in another couple of days.
Hopefully it won’t be too late for them to fill out.
Thank you, Got as much light I have available, at the moment. . I will get one more 450watt led. I may need a total of 3 of this type. I have 12 plants that will be the main garden.
Liking that space gro bro! Plants look great! Just wait till you get your new light installed. Youll be like a kid at christmas. Welcome to the growmunity!
