A solid 3x3 setup is going to be around 400ish. And I could help you get going if that’s something your interested in

You will save the most money by DIYing your lights yourself. Are you savvy with hand tools enough? A good light in a 3x3 would be a pack of the QB120’S…you can find them on HLG(dot)com. Lighting is the area where you dont want to skimp on. So you can either buy one that is ready to plug in(more expensive) or you can buy the parts and build it yourself.

Also…being a new member here will probably limit the number of replies you have today. So if you get cut off from responding just know that’s what it is and it will be back to normal tomorrow

Have you thought about growing in coco? Alot more user friendly and the nutrients(Jack’s Nutrients) is the best…and the cheapest nutrients I’ve ever found and used. In a tent, indoors, coco is honestly the way to go. No bugs or larva like there can be in soil. It’s also very forgiving and its impossible to overwater coco like you can soil. If you ever have a plant issue, the coco is very easy to flush if you had to. Soil SEEMS like it’s easier because alot of them feed your plant for you for awhile but in the end coco wins out. The growth rate, ease of use, is a definite game changer

Ok so is that basically a bag in one, or will i need to add other things while growing .

Coco usually comes in a brick and you have to put it into a few gallons of water to rehydrate it.

If your referring to the Jack’s nutrients, its 3 bags. And the amount of each one never changes from seed to harvest. It’s always the same measurements and the same strength.

Most nutrient companies have like 10 to 15 different bottle and every week they are telling you to feed something different. It’s a waste of money for all that nonsense. But it comes in cool looking bottles and colorful liquid. Ever since switching to Jack’s nutrients I’ve had around 5 full grows and not one plant has given me trouble or had issues
