So remember when your dad was teaching y’all how to swim. Well that’s what I did. I read a bunch of ebooks on here and a bunch of forums. I have a small grow just to try this out. If it works I have some good meds for my Parkinson’s which hit me at 35 and now 10years later I discovered pot works for me.
Anyways here’s some pictures of my grow. I started with two plants and a light. I went with a fairly priced led. Now the smaller plant on the left was started a day later. Both of them had the seeds stuck on them and my wife helped get them off. It looks like the day later plant just isn’t doing as well. The only difference between the two are that the one I started a day later didn’t have cellophane on it for 24 hours. I just planted these guys on the 5th and 6th and the one I planted on the 5th seems to be doing way better. Btw, the right one was on the 5th and left on the 6th. Anyways any idea what’s going on with the left plant? I grabbed the feed schedule and good when I bought the white widow seeds. Thanks for check this out!
I grow in hydro but the same thing happens to me every time. Don’t sweat it. The smaller girl looks fine. You need to lower your light to about 18 inches above the girls as you have some serious stretch going on.
Learned to swim or drown, sounds like southern parenting… I also recieved that lesson. BTW nice emergency blankets smart move. But don’t let them get wet or the chrome will wash off.
That’s way better. I can’t tell how far you are from the plants but it’s better. I also grow in a smaller closet that’s in my basement. I have a fan blowing air into the closet. Another fan exhausting from the shower stall. Another fan gently blowing air around inside the shower stall. My air and water temps are around 80. I’ve done OK with this for 3 grows now but I want better so I just ordered a chiller to cool the water.
My light is a 900 watt Mars.
For what is worth, I run my light 24 hours a day until I really see the girls vegging out. This is around 2-3 weeks after the real leaves show up. Then I go to 18/6 until it’s time to flower. Here’s a pic showing a girl that is ready for 18/6 light schedule. Have your light on a timer so they can automatically go off during the hottest part of your day.
