As i have no experiance growing these beautiful flowers i would like other opions on pot size[should i upsize],spots on the leaves, Praying mantis.
Looking great! Being in plastic buckets i would make sure you have plenty of drainage
Welcome to the forum!
Welcome to the neighborhood.
Thanks for advice. Do you know anything about praying mantis. Are they harmful.
@Dean5 no praying mantis are not harmful, but helpful… they are very beneficial for helping control insects. Btw, love the lowes sponsorship
I have to say i wasnt expecting much of a turn out. But pretty excited now.
Nice plants welcome to the community , Next grow you might consider Fabric pots. I like to top my plants at about 7 nodes to slow down the upward growth an let the side branches catch up to make a even canopy. Happy growing my friend
I will absolutely get those pots. I need to learn alot more. The smaller one is a clipping of the big one. Very little planning. I suck at that.
I have a free source for buckets.
Melting 500 holes in each may toxically do me harm.
Cloth is the only way to go.
The trick is what size bag?
3,5,7,10.20.100 ?
After hernia surgery, 3 gals were my limit.
Recovered, for now.
3gal bags fit in 5 gal buckets.
Cloth bags, Take your best shot and good growing to you.
3 & 5 gals bags will utilize auto-wicking from wicking drip feeding.
So you put the fabric pots inside the 5 gallon buckets.
Welcome to the community! Your girls look great and it’s good they have a buddy for some natural pest control
drip pans or travel container potential.
