This is a 95-day old (13-1/2 weeks) girl scout cookies 
extreme Autoflower. She’s been on a reduced diet now for two weeks EC 600 intake feed. Starting Monday (tomorrow) she’ll go on a full H2O only diet.
I’m a quarter blind in one eye and can’t see out of the other. I know this is a shitty phone with a bullshit camera. Nevertheless, if you think you can see the trichomes give me your opinion. Thanks in advance.
Looking milky to me. Depending if you like energetic or couch lock would be the question. Milky trichs= energetic, amber mix of trichs= couch lock. Beautiful

I definitely don’t want the quick head rush stuff. And I don’t really like couch lock at all. So basically somewhere in the middle. You think I could be safe to feed her water for the rest of the week then cut her on Friday? That is of course checking for Amber tricones daily.
I’d say you’re safe with that plan. Some amber trichs should get you to the happy place if choice. Just water should leave you with phenomenal flavor at this point.

Lots of differing opinions on this, but I go water only for the last week. All the plant is doing the last week is ripening flower and not a whole lot of nutes are necessary to ripen flower. The plant is done growing at this point and very few calyxes will appear unless there is foxtailing and you don’t want to smoke those anyway as the trichomes will be less ripe that the rest of the flower.
We could give you a more certain answer if you could get closeups of the trichomes. My eyes such too, but I think I can see some white pistils still.
Just about everything in my tent is near the end. I unfortunately did get several of the plants start to foxtail. I’ve got two young girls mid flower so I kept the light at 100% after somebody pointed out the foxtails I reduced the light to 75%.
As far as the foxtails go, I can’t turn back the clock what’s done is done. Do I want to be sure to trim them all off during trim? What’s the downside of smoking them just out of curiosity?
As far as the big girl having some white pistols left it actually gives me a little more time with confidence. She’s been such a wonderful girl to grow I don’t want to rush it and I have plenty of patience.
Looks like a ton of white pistols all over her, my last GSCE autos from ILGM ran over 120 days and of those 4 I felt 1 could’ve and should’ve gone even longer. Jewelers Loop is the best way to determine the chop from here.

The trichomes will be clear (less ripe) adding to the possibility of a racy high while also having significantly less THC content (~50% less potency with clear trichomes.)
I just cut them off and throw them away.
It’s not that bad. I get a lot of them because I run my plants at 1,100 PPFD until maybe 2 weeks before harvest.
You’re on the right track and asking all the right questions.
I just ordered this should have it in a couple of days. I have a magnifying glass that’s 40 times magnification. Unfortunately I can’t distinguish between clear and cloudy due to my eyesight.

Thank you for the reply. I did just order a mic scope camera hookup. I do have a 40 times magnification magnifying glass but I just can’t see well I had a stroke in my eye 2 years ago.
She did start the foxtail I’m not sure if the pistols you’re seeing White is from the foxtail or not. I do believe I’m going to give her at least another week. A lot of the grow diaries with Girl scout cookies extreme show a full 14 to 15 weeks some even 12 and 13 weeks. This girl was definitely in a class of her own. She grew almost two times bigger than most autoflowers would.

I have the same scope. Really gives a clear amplified image on your phone once you pair them up. I find it really difficult to hold the scope and focus while also looking at my phone during adjustments so I typically just pop off a bud mid height on a plant and study it on my desk. So much easier to dial in the focus when your hands aren’t shaking and whatnot. You have a fabulous looking plant. You’ll make the best decision now that you have that scope. Good luck!!
She’s got some hella buds for an auto flower. They’re massive and she’s got tons of them. She’s been a dream to grow that’s why I want to be 100% to her because she’s definitely given 100% to me

Good morning gentlemen, happy Friday to you all. As you recall last week I posted some pictures of the big girl who today turns 100 days old 14 and 1/2 Weeks from seed popping the dirt. She’s a ILGM GSCE Autoflower.
I got the camera in and tested some different shots of her with different lighting etc to give you guys the best pictures that I could possibly get from this microscope. I hope this is better for you guys and clarity as I truly feel I can’t get much better from this microscope I think they look good I’m still blind so I’m out of the game of distinguishing clear from cloudy. Let me know what you guys think
Trichomes look pretty clear. How long has the plant been flowering? How about shots of the full plant, please?
She went four and a half weeks from seedling stage through vegetation. In the middle of the fifth week she started budding. She’s a huge girl. As per your request here are some pictures. She’s so big I had to tie her down if I undid her ties she would be much wider.

Nice looking colas. She should be ready soon. I would wait for the trichs to cloud up a bit. It could take a week or 2.
She is so close I’m not sure it would be worth feeding again even though there is some time left. Plants at this stage need little nutrients as all it is doing is ripening flower at this point.
Time in flower is all that matters. Autos can flower at any point between 2 and 12 weeks at the extremes, so total grow time can vary from 12 to 22 weeks.
Trust me my friend I’m very patient. I’ve got all the time in the world. I put a lot of time and love in this girl. You can tell she wants to give back she just ain’t ready.
I was a little concerned on feeding her however if water isn’t going to hurt her from continuing to ripen I will continue to keep her on her H2O diet. I’m not trying to squeeze anymore size out of her buds if you can tell if a person’s not happy with what she’s produced that’s a very greedy person LOL.
I truly appreciate your kind assistance in this. With the time that it’s taken to grow her. I do not want to make any shortcuts. I give her 100% and she’ll give me 100%
