I have 2 auto girl scout cookies that where planted may 9th 2022. So 9.5 weeks. ILGM says 7-9 weeks. Is that after they start flowering or total?
One has had brown spots for 3 weeks. I just excepted it (after trying to fix it) and the buds kept getting fat. The other one the leaves are starting to turn brown. Pics of the trichomes and buds
attached.

Flowering time only. And those are just estimates and usually on the short side.
Check the trichs on the flowers not the leaves. Looks like you may be close.

I would do that. Nutes wont hurt a thing but the plant wont use much so why waste them.

I’m still a little new to it all but learning quickly. Was told to wait till they turn a amber color I think definitely few more weeks Remember to flush when the amber comes in. They’re going to be awesome.
If it were me I’d prune anything brown or yellow, give 1or 2 more feedings, The few clear trichomes will turn cloudy and you’ll see some amber on the buds, not just the leaves. They do look close keep the air moving and the RH down.
Air is moving. RH 55%. On the one plant of i trim a the brown and yellow there wont be any leaves.

I’d drop RH into the 40s if possible. Bud rot is to be avoided at all cost!
Yellow and brown leaves do nothing for the plant except invite mold and rot. They will not regenerate. It should be allowed to focus on bud finishing. They will start to cannibalizes them selves when there is a pH fluctuation and or lack of notes left in the soil. Here’s 2 so you know what I mean:
