i need seeds for sleep bad , what is the best , i was thinking granddaddy purple , any body know of something real good for sleep ??

I use weed for sleep too. Anything indica dominant will work. It also helps to let your sleepy weed mature a little longer so that you have some amber in your trichomes.

Take a look at ILGM mix packs. Get a combo and save a few bucks too.
Indica Mix Pack and Persian Mix Pack. These are 100% Indica strains.
How about high CBD strains?

I use Northern Lights for sleep. Mostly make gummies. Eat one a couple hours before bedtime!

I have been pretty satisfied with strawberry kush and blueberry right here from ILGM. Both very good for sleep, I get a better, longer rest with blueberry though. It is the reason I use and grow.

Blueberry and Blue Cheese…the latter has some 3% CBD in which also helps…let the trichs amber out to about 20% before chop. You can also age the smoke to break down the THC to become CBN. I have a freezer aged batch ( 2 years old ) which knocks me out cold …I feel your pain…insomnia is no joke…:sunglasses::v:

yes it’s no joke , when you can’t sleep , i got the nova FX ,to decarb with ,and if i run it 2 times it , breaks it down to cbn , now to play with it ,lol
