Need some help if possible with my autoflower!

I’m currently growing what’s called “White choco” from Amsterdam genetics and is an auto. She’s done absolutely amazing so far and haven’t deal with a single issue up until this past week. As some issues can be pretty difficult to identify some deficiencies/toxicities, I am completely unsure on what exactly is causing this at this moment. I just gave nutes 2 days ago and have stuck to the routine I’ve had for this strain. I used cal mag, FF bloom (0-5-4) with bloom booster (0-0.5-0.7), molasses (every other feeding) and also vitamins/ supplements. I mix them in the order you’re supposed to, and I let it rest for 30 minutes after shaking it up for a few minutes the. Measure tds (for ec I just convert it. I don’t add it if it’s reading more then 700ppm but average is around 600-650ppm. I get ph to around 6.5-7 for which it’s in flowering. 3 weeks ago I transplanted (no shock; 2.5gal to 5gal) and replaced all soil with FF Ocean Forest / 35% perlite / 15% peat moss, so i know it’s a deficiency I just can’t determine what it’s deficient of. I’m leaning towards a phosphorus or calcium issue. I’d really appreciate if someone could provide any input because I Never mess with the soil or anything until I feel sure of the main issue. Here are the photos, additional info below images….

Lighting:
200w led panel running 22/2 cycle and receives approximately 40 DLI a day. I only keep 2 plants under this light and have 4 other plants in another area.

Environment:
Temperature stays above 70 but below 80°F 100% of the time.
Humidity remains between 45-50% 100% of the time.
I have a fan oscillating directly above the light to keep it from getting too hot. Another fan oscillating the air around the plants and a 3rd one for circulation on the floor to circulate more co2 as it’s heavier then air. Air does constantly exchange for constant fresh air.

Nutes/waterings:
I mostly feed every water, sometimes every other based on how quick the soil dries out. I didn’t mention, but sometimes I will add a small amount of veg nutes or any other nitrogen containing product if need to be.

*Any additional info you may want, let me know and I’ll add it in to this!!

I definitely see calcium and magnesium deficiency. Hard to tell from pic if that’s beginning phosphorus deficiency or light stress. 40 dli may be a bit much at their age. I’m only running 45 in flower without co2.

Do those buckets have drainage holes?

Here’s more pictures (below) to make it easier, I only adjusted the highlights to make the spots really stand out. I’ve come to conclusion that it’s a combination of potassium and cal/mag. So I did an additional feed with cal/mag, FF bloom w bloom booster then following is superthrive vit and supplements. I kept ppm at the normal range on the lower end. Obv most physical damages are irreversible but even then, she still appears to be more healthy now. I’m still keeping an eye on it to see if it’s resolved. And yes, these buckets have holes, and a lot of them. Deep pots takes a ton of holes to actually dry normally so you are able to water and feed on schedule and not be forced to induced underfeeding and over watering issues risking root rot, fungus, diseases, pests or even the entire plant.
Aside from this, I also added pics of the gorilla cookies from fast buds Im growing under the same light
