They are looking over water just like you said so back off on the watering… make sure your pH is in check at the root Zone by getting a measurement from your runoff the next time you do water and things should start to get back on track …plus it kind of looks like you might be in the early stages of over feeding which could also be pH related… so keep an eye on that also…
