Greetings. I have a tent with a 8 seeded up plants in their 6th week of flower. I have been looking for the plant with the nanners and not finding anything. Can you please look at the pics and let me know if you see any.
These plants have all been great from the start. No problems at all, except the hermi. Thank you for your time.
I have used white light to see nanners better. Imo it works. The nanners show up as a bright yellow from all the ones I’ve seen using this. It’s a color you don’t see ever in a grow so easy to spot using white light a led flashlight is what I use.
I have been in my tent more than my plants looking for these nanners. I see nothing, hence the reason for the post. You can double click the pictures to get to full screen size.
Is the hermie still in the tent or was it from a previous grow? Is it possible that you still have pollen in your tent from the hermie? I don’t see any nanners in the pics.
I see fox tails but no nanners. Pollen sacks on a male plant look entirely different than nanners on a female. Thats why they call them nanners cuz they look like yellow bananas. Pollen sacks on a male plant look nothing like bananas
Well 9 girlies in tent, well 8 and it, right now. I have been looking for weeks since I broke a few small bud branches and had at least 20 seeds for a 2 joint amount of weed. I see nothing either. Thank you for the look.
So you love your plants the best you can, and still end up with a hermi.
Kind of depressing. I know 2 things, where the toilet is and how to make a shoe smell. Growing weed obviously isn’t one of the things I know.
All I want to do is grow some great medicine, not molecular development of chemical weapons!
See when I first started growing I was using a liquid organic nutrient foop. I have the ph up/down, the ph pen, tds meter so I was doing what I was seeing on here and I did try to follow the ph guidelines ( pretty stressful imo ) and like a month after my ph meter broke…. Ofc it was a junk one so being “new” I bought another same thing . It broke a few days later. After that it sent me on a mission “Fk ph. Fk ppm.” That was my mission to not worry about these numbers. Then being here I read read read and I seen a post about living soil! And after like 9 months of reading/prepong I finally made the jump.
This is my weekly routine. I don’t chase numbers I don’t add this I don’t add that I don’t do anything honestly . What I do is use a veg and a bloom dry amendment. I top dress every 2 weeks with a mix of the 2. For example this week I’ll go 4 veg and follow that with 6 bloom all at the same time. Water it in. Guess what I’m done for a few days until they need water. And I’ll repeat that in 14 days!
I too just wanted to grow and now I’m growing on autopilot. Also I don’t let much of anything get to me about the plants if something happens it happens. I’m not growing this for an extra dose of stress.
Anyways organics is an option that you could explore if you wanted to. Just my opinion.
Here is my plants. These 2 are in 10 and 5 gal pots. I’ve treated them the same way only difference is the one in the 5gal is 5 months old the one in the 10 gal is an auto that’s just started to go to flower. The 5 gal photo definitely needs a defoliation . I’ll probably do it tomorrow just spent about 20 tending to both tents. Checking plants. lift pot to see if need water. Checked on my seeds I just planted. I do have 30 gal pots in there too only 1 is empty. Others have auto seeds planted. I grew 6 about 7/8 weeks ago 5/6 turned out to be male! No big deal here I use regular seeds. Cost me 1$ each or so.
Since I got a hermi, they are ALL well seeded up. You can easily see the seeds on the other plants. Since the big tent was doing well I didnt think to look for seeds, until the broken branches. The only one that doesn’t look affected is the Runtz (just moved into big tent) and the maui wowie. So 7 plants, knocked up. Thanks for the response.
