I dont think it could have hurt them… I don’t think they are looking bad at all…
I just went through two troubleshooting sections and couldn’t find a similar problem. I’m sure you are on top of your ph. Someone better than me probably knows.
But, I also agree with @kettle
I agree, wait for somebody who better then me too…who probably knows…
I don’t ph, as it’s not required in S.S and I don’t water to run off. I haven’t grown clones before, so don’t have anything to compare to?
I think they look fine man… that looks like new growth to me… but im a pretty terrible cloner… im taking all bigger branches next time…
I agree, bigger branches, also gonna leave longer stems to plant.
mine look worse…
u see those bottom left 2… they are a month old… monster cropping… bigger ones were quicker… the one on the bottom right is a skywalker OG from seed for speed comparison…

OG seed, on similar time frame?
I think within days of taking the clones…
That’s crazy! Although once those seeds take decent root and are provided good atmosphere they do take off!
Chatting away, while they are all asleep
My aloe clones are sickly, but I feel they will pull through. It seems like it was so much easier when I was younger, but back then i used Superthrive for my cloning “agent.”
Seriously though, who’s asleep?
To my untrained eye, it looks like supercropped clones. @MattyBear has some nice pictures of super cropped clones going if you want to compare. Were the mothers in flower?
But, like I said, it’s just a thought…
Hey @kaptain3d, I’ve been keeping up with Matty’s journal, his clones are impressive, mothers are veg, but clones had a rough start, please come take a look at what I have been up to (apologies I am a horrible person and forgot to tag you).
New growth on them = roots are growing down under = success
They look great to me…nice job
It’s normal for some of the original leaves to yellow out etc as they are pulling nutrients from them while establishing roots
I think you’re fine. Clone can look terrible when the get transplanted. New growth is looking good. The top clone is looking weird but should be fine as it continues to grow.
Thanks for the feedback everyone, I was worried I had ruined my supersoil.
@Enlightened420…again I show up late…I agree with the general consensus…looking good!..nice job on them clones.
I have not grown much from clones yet. I’ve been a seed guy so far. Looks to me like some healthy little ones tho for sure.
Hey nice grow! I was wondering were you got the grape ape seed. I’ve been dying to get my hands on that strain.
