Thank you folk’s I just explained that to a friend and yes I took the credit lol, thanks @raustin and @Budbrother for the info .
So I have just feed my lady and she is looking well so far tonight she did get some more LST and tying down some stems too and I topped the 2 big side branch’s. On the next feed which is just Ph water at 6.3 I will get a runoff test her are some photos, this is my baby before any training tonight
and this is her after been tortured a little bit

@Momtomask thank you for the tag I think a cup off tea and I will get started thanks again my friend .
@Bogleg if you can help out any with LST or any training I would appreciate it mate .Sorry this is my journal so far.
Another question folk’s do anyone have any information on if there is a preferred light cycle like 20/4 or 18/6 or anything different I ask only so I can try make sure that I keep her in Veg for as long as it takes? @Myfriendis410 @Momtomask @Budbrother @Bogleg @Thelaughingwolf.
As long as it’s more than 12 hours of light, she’ll stay in veg. She looks great.
Thanks for your reply @raustin, I have had female’s before that matured before I flipped the light’s if that happens and she starts to harden up am I out off time when it comes to been able to tuck and pull I know I will get to do most if I can get to the flip before she takes off herself if that makes sense.
No, she won’t actually flower until you flip her to 12/12. She shouldn’t harden up on you yet.
I prefer 16/8 actually. I don’t feel like paying for two more hours of light every day.
I’m happy to help out any way I can. Looks like you are right on track with what you are doing. I’ve set this thread to watching.
This is my preferred lighting schedule too. It works around our schedule too so when I use the tent indoors it matches our day: on at six and off at ten.
Same - I do noon to 8pm for darkness in veg and adjust the start time for going into flower (so in flower I have night time from 8am until 8pm). This gives me the option of doing my gardening both morning and evening regardless of plant stage, while running the dark period during the day time to keep temps more even between the day/night cycles.
I ran my plants16/8 in veg and it worked well for me. Although, 18/6 seems to be the tried and true light cycle for most in veg.
My plants began to stiffen up a bit before my switch to flower light cycle, but for the most part I didn’t have any trouble tucking. After a while I began to only really tuck after watering when the plant was nice and satiated and would test the elasticity of the limb I was planning to tuck before finally going for it. You’ll get a feel for it soon enough. Those 2 were my small tricks
I have my lights off from 12pm to 6pm for my 18/6 because it’s so hot during the day for summer. I figure that’s heat prime time. My plants work 3rd shift flowering from 12am to 12pm again to try and shut out heat! Then when winter time comes they are on during the day.
Thank you all for all the replies folk’s , @Bogleg your Journal is amazing mate you really have put some inspiration into me after reading all off the excellent information that is in there so impressive mate big time actually I have about 120 posts left to get through I will definitely comment when I get finished and thank you @Momtomask for tagging me in your were spot on it is a brilliant read full off info
@Johnzy81 how long are you planning to keep her in veg sorry if you already answered this for some1 else and how old is she
Hey mate how are you doing @Newb1 , i am planning on keeping her in Veg for maybe 6-8 weeks as long as it will take for me to fill the SCROG in hopefully all off it by the time she is 3 weeks in her veggie stage and coming on nicely but this is going to be a battle with more than lightly a whole lot of mistakes but I love a challenge and I have all off you guy’s here .
Yea been follow this journey as I’m doing a 4x4 scrog to for the 1st time my plant is about 56days old from emerging from the soil which after realizing it been this long already think she a little small for her age she is a indica tho and I also lst her like a mad man and fimmed her bout 8-10 times so far so maybe that’s why she is small hoping when my new light come in she will take off some more (new light hlg-600)
I manifolded my GL… that added about 3-4 weeks to the veg time. I think I could’ve filled the tent up at around 75 days of veg. I ended up flipping her closer to 90 and my screen is pretty high as a result… but all in all anywhere from 70-90 days can probably fill a 4x4 in a hydro setup with a GL. The last one I did was 60 days in veg and that one I don’t think would’ve quite filled a 4x4…4x3 probably tho.
