Good evening @Tyler2. What is your medium that you are using to grow in? Is that straight ProMix? What are you using for nutrients? What is your temperature in the grow space and at the canopy? What are your light intervals and if there is a dark period what is the temperature during this time? What is the relative humidity? What is your light output maximum, and what is it set at now? How far away from the plant’s top is it? Are you testing your water’s ph before you feed/water are you checking your feed/water’s tds for the ppm you are feeding/watering in at? I’m sorry for the bombardment of questions, but there is a lot to account for. Have you been letting HER HER (WE WANT HERS) soil dry out before you water? At first glance without any other info I’d say you are drowning her.
@GreggT at first glance because I have zero info possibly too much water? Thanks brother!!

I have a ppm and ph meter and a thermometer but it’s 20 in away from the tops the suggested thing for veg

It almost looks to me like you are watering her to directly. By now you should almost be watering to the edge of the pot. The medium directly around her looks saturated but just outside of her drip edge is very dry. Her roots at this point are stretching beyond the circumference of her leaves. I wouldn’t drench her but I’d be watering that entire pot. Her roots may be trying to stretch into dry soil which they won’t and revert back into the center of the root ball. @Graysin without much info to go in could you please take a look? I just tagged in one of the most trusted minds on this entire forum. If he needs info though please be as thorough as possible. Thank you very much! Have a great day. I am going to paste in the support ticket please take the time to fill it in as well as possible. It really gives members a clearer picture of what you’re dealing with so we can give you the best advice to rectify issues. Thank you again!!! :+1::+1:

Indoor or Outdoor? If outdoor, planted

in ground or in a container?

Size of space (max height and area, length/width)?

Soil or Hydro? Type of Medium used? System type?

pH? Of the soil or medium (root zone/reservoir/run-off) and of the water and/or nutrient mix that is fed to the plant?

Type and strength of nutrients used? NPK? EC/TDS/PPM levels? Of what you feed it as well as what is in the water by itself and in the soil/medium (run-off), or reservoir.

Thank you for the kind words, man.

I agree totally with Fatz here - what looks like is happening is you’re watering the stalk too directly. The result is that the water is too close to the plant, and the roots aren’t having to search. Your root network is developing down, rather than out, if at all. So every time you water, you’re pouring water almost directly on the root zone. That’s doing too things- drowning her, and suffocating her. I bet she looks saddest right after a watering and perks up after a couple of days, and then goes right back to drooping because the soil outside her root zone is too dry.

My recommended fix is really pretty simple, water the outermost edge of your pot thoroughly - but do it nice and slow. Your soil on the outer ring looks dry, so it’ll be hydrophobic at first. Re-saturate it totally and work your way inward. Stop watering when you get to about 1 inch away from the main stalk. This will encourage the roots to reach outward instead of downward.

The reason you want to do this is that if the roots can spread evenly throughout the pot, she will have more chances to get water and air, both of which the roots need to thrive and stave off any potential root rot, which is the path you’re heading for now.

Thanks a lot I’ll take that tip but do you think I should water the outer roots right now?

@Tyler2 if you have a specific question for a specific member it’s best to tag them like I did you. I believe this is your best advice right here at this point my friend. Yes I would water now. If you are using ProMix you want your water to be ph’d between 5.8 and 6.2.

I’m using this stuff called Mother Earth terracraft I watered my plant yesterday will it be bad to water the out side right now @Fatz1973

@Tyler2 you only want to water the outer edge of the pot SLOWLY in circles and work your way toward the center you want to make all of your medium the same saturation without adding any directly around the plant.

What does it look like right now? Could you post a new picture please?

I watered the out sides just not a lot
