Daily Light Interval (DLI) is a quick and efficient way to calculate how much light our plants are receiving within a 24hr period, allowing for easy light adjustments. All the adjustments you’ve been making to your lights are concerning. If l read you correctly above you have installed the photone app? Many, if not most of the growers here use DLI as the preferred measurement for dialing in your light levels. Asking others what height and how bright is not getting you precise enough answers because they are loaded questions. Too many variables. Read the article in the link above. There are several threads about using the app also to help if necessary. I think that will make a huge difference if you set it to measure DLI instead of ppfd. Knowing how much light they are getting daily is pretty important.
