@Saffa that is a good idea for me to think about and use maybe. Going to grow a few plants from these once more to dry and cross them with some of the other plants that I can grow from seeds from ILGM that I have. I really like the seeds from them but I do want to experiment some.

@VelcroThumb how do u get ur pound out of a 4x4x7? How many plants?
@Saffa havent had my first harvest yet, but generally people SCROG two plants in a 4x4 and can get at least a pound. My buddy gets 1 pound out of his 4x4 tent and he does the bare minimum as far as nutes go. He also doesnt ph his water. So im thinkin at min i shouls get a pound if not more

Nice im hoping for a pound my temps are sitting at 26’c most of the time

@Bogleg what strains are you growing and how? Are you scrogging and whats the size of your tent? You can tag me over to your journal so we dont hijack this thread!
One Gold Leaf and one Super Silver Haze. Each on their own SCROGs, roughly 22"x40" screens. I had them in veg for 60 days or so (I don’t remember the exact number but it’s close to that). This is all in a 4x4 tent that is 80" high. They are currently under a pair of LEDs that draw 260w each and a 125w CFL fixture.

@bogleg i know the yields on ILGM are measured by 3ft2 so (9sqft) My tent is the same as yours, except i have 2 plants under one scrog. My scrog is 40x40 in my 4x4x8 tent. Use half scrog for one plant (2×2) and the other half for the other (2×2). That should pretty much equal what the yields say for ILGM. So basically if you run 2 plants in a 4x4, u should be able to take the claimed yield from ILGM and divide by 2 to see what you get from each plant! I think you run more lights than my buddy does and he gets 14-16 total (7-8 per plant) i may get more since i vegged for 60 days, and i am running a 600wHID with 2 450w Viparspectra LED.

I’ll be super happy if I can get anywhere near 8 a plant! I figure my issue is that I need more light, so I lowered expectations based on that. But I am building a new rail so will be adding another 200w to the tent this weekend. I think that will help fatten up all the colas on the outside of the SCROGs.

@Bogleg awesome! Lights are where its at! If you spend extra $$ on anything, make it lights!!! I have 2 tents… one tent runs 1 600wHID and 2 450w Viparspectra LED . The other tent has the same, minus 1 450w Viparspectra LED. My blueberry is further along than any other plant as it was in a small fridge and i had to flip lights because of space. Im thinkjng ill get a qp off the blueberry. Each bud looks like its over an 8th!

They say if you look on the seed where it was attached to plant if it is a perfect circle they are supposed to be female so you could potentially cUT a lot of bad seeds out if they have a chance to be male in my opinion. This can save you time and money on start up costs ie grow medium, pots, ect… then all it takes is one female and you can clone as many plants as you want
