update day 49 start of week 7 things coming along nice. the plant to the right is goldleaf the leaves on this plant are starting to turn gold/yellow you can see the differences in the two other one northern lights.3 clones goldleaf
I’m flowering some seven month old plants right now with leds, though I am in a few days to increase the amount of led light, I’ll have four 300 watt led panels and one 600 watt led panel in a 8’x4’ tent, mainly cause the plants got too large due to all my health and injury bad luck earlier this year, so far in their second week. I had no choice but to use led instead of my brand new in the box pair of ducted 600 watt hps ipower lamps cause the plants got too large, had to put in five gallon pots, I even cropped them shorter last month, but the tent is only so high, ya know, and there wasn’t enough space due to heat fo a hps, so I had no choice but for my first grow flowering to go with led flowering.
I am happy with the 8x4 foot tent, I haven’t noticed any bug infestation but did spray when my other 8x4 foot tent, the vegging tent, had an outbreak of spider mites, then I found one larvae wrapped in a leaf yesterday morning, really irked me, must have been because several plants were unhealthy apart from ne needing to do several hours worth of pruning and removing small shoots off the stems, maybe some contaminants got in on some new pots that were piled on my rear patio for a few days, some soil too, and I ended up spraying days ago, but got around to skeletonizing the lower areas of the stems, and trimming and topping, making some clones of the clones, and I shouldn’t have much more problems, plan on a spray again in a few days, the seventh day. Then I need to keep the grow areas clean, seems there is some loose dirt and leaves, …I mean, a constant struggle suddenly due to the pest outbreak I likely have under control. Mainly using a neem oil food safe based insecticide/fungicide for now, anything with buds, well, I might make some special thing, and or use something I bought locally at a grow shop.
But so far, my flowering plants, look good with leds, errrr, so far I aint seeing much flowering yet of course, too early yet.

I know this is a super old thread. I’m a recent member and wanted to say what’s left of my 20 gallon 2015 harvest is still as fresh looking and tasting as the day I put it away in. I use the 8gm packs in my humidors. they last for months. I put 2 60gm packs in each of four 5 gallon buckets in Nov 2015 and have never replaced them.
Seems you and some of the members who follow your topics might have some good advice on SCROG and would be an asset to the new Outdoor SCROG Challenge topic in the Outdoor category.
