Mixing Captain Jack's DeadBug CONCENTRATE

The ready to use DeadBug is 0.001% spinosad. I got the concentrate which is 0.5%

The directions say use .25 fl oz concentrate per 16fl oz water; but my math shows that would be .0007% which is less than the ready to use spray.

I used .35 fluid oz to make it about .001% just like the ready to use.

I noticed it’s pretty much clear and has little smell (neem oil smelled WAY stronger.) Does this sound like a good concentration or should I use more/less?

Should I mix a higher concentration for outdoor plants vs indoor?

I have only used outdoors and I did 20 ml per 32 oz.

I’m late, but I mixed the concentrate twice as rich as what was recommended for better results when spraying an active infestation.
