No criticism needed. That is a beautiful plant ,and you are doing a beautiful job growing her. Hopefully yours will mirror the color of the breeders :call_me_hand:

Thanks @Budbrother that is enlightening. If I don’t watch myself, I might end up knowing some stuff. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: :vulcan_salute: :man_mage:

Do you remember WTE-3? It sprouted with only a single cotyledon and no visible “center growth”.

Here it was at 3 days from sprouting:

At 5 days old:

Well, here it is at 12 days:

Viewing the WTE group you can see that WTE-3 is catching up:

I am amazed that WYE-3 survived its rough start. It didn’t just survive, it is flourishing! :vulcan_salute: :man_mage:

Thanks to @kaptain3d for putting up the poll to vote on WTE-3’s chance of surviving. :vulcan_salute:

The Burmese plants are BEASTS! At 38 days it is time to get the SCROG nets in place. I wasn’t so sure about growing this strain indoors. The training has had the desired effect. Can’t wait to try this in my vape.

To make this post more interesting, here is a shot of 38 day old White Truffle #2 from the community grow:

It amazes me to see a plant this far into flower at 7 weeks old. WT-1 has similar structure. WT-3 is developing like a normal auto flower (never mind it is supposed to be a photo-period :joy:)

Have a great week! :vulcan_salute: :man_mage:

Thank you for the kind words @thecount13. It is challenging to keep the update photos straight with three grows in one space. All three updating on the same day each week. Whew!

Very cool!!
And they look so furry!

The WT are looking great, too!

:head_shaking_vertically: ( :left_arrow: = a “yes” emoji)
One of the reasons why I like autoflowers, besides not being set up for autoflowers. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:
But I do like the quick growth.

@Strungthru
The SCROG nets are in place for the Burmese plants.

They don’t look like much at this point. By the time I flip in a couple of weeks, all of the new growth that has not reached the netting will be removed. Nothing will be allowed to grow above the net during that time. As branches grow above the net, they will be tucked under the net until the plants have filled the frames. Then they will grow vertically to produce the colas that we crave.

Edit: This is the earliest that I have ever needed to install the nets. I am supposing that this is the nature of the 100% Sativa that wants to get tall.

I am hoping so, as well. There are some positive signs but nothing definitive yet.

When i make the screen i have been weaving the line in and out as i make it, then i snug it tight by pulling the slack out from the tied off end to the end of the line im pulling.

Kind of like a tennis racket, it adds extra strenght to the center of the net and i can slide the strings around as i please. Is it the same with the way you have tied your screen? Am i just doing this for no advantage? Lol

Mine are tight but not interwoven. I string them all in one direction then string the other direction over the top. The plants strain against the string but the string does its job.

Sometimes I unstring the netting at harvest time. Recently I was able to pull the netting off without unstringing. Some folks just cut the strings. I pull them out incrementally and reuse them many times.

The strawberry cough grow i did i cut the plants out of the screen, but i didnt reuse because i had plans to make this current one.

I like the idea of having a larger space to do this, but my heating and cooling for that space would also increase, or i would have single scrogs like you do.

You always have great success with your grows, and even when something doesn’t go as planed like the cherry pie plant, you always have a positive outlook on it. I admire your growing capability!

It nice to have cool mentors! :sign_of_the_horns: i wouldnt be where i am today without you and the rest of the gang on here!

Same here my friend. I joined the forum seven years ago because I had six seedlings in my first grow and I was killing them.
