I e been running about 150 ppms of cal mag on top of the Jacks, mine burn through it. I’m sure part of it is the lights but every strain I’ve grown needs a bit more than Jacks alone. Never seen cal mag toxicity. I know you can lock other nutes out with enough calcium but watering to good runoff has kept mine happy with the extra. Every grow I ran without extra has had leaf spots….

I add Cal-Mag into each batch of nutes for the tent ladies. And they are in autopots, so they are moist all the time, chugging it down! I’ve let the cellar-dwellers get too dry before, and tent ladies last run when I wasn’t using the autopots, hurt them badly, never did fully recover

Is this a Nitrogen, Sulphur or Magnesium deficiency? It just started overnight after i water/feed yesterday with Jacks 4/2, Silica, Recharge and a teaspoon on Calmag.!

Looks like possibly light bleaching. Was the light recently increased, or moved closer?

Yes, inceased about 150 PPFD with UVA added also. But the UVA has been on for a few days now and it was ok until i turned up the PPFD yesterday. This just started overnight.

I would recommend turning it back to the original level for now. It may be on the edge of light bleaching, and that pushed it over the edge. The leaves won’t return green after this unfortunately.

Ok, thsnks. Its funny because just as you were replying i was thinking to myself this could be light bleaching. The other plants are fine with it. It must just be this strain. Peanut Butter Breath F1. I am only at around 800 PPFD give or take across the canopys too.

I am noticing some at a lower level where the leaves are only getting 400-500 PPFD also.

Ok. Sounds good to me. I will take that as a compliment. Hehehehe…
So what i did was raise the lights; since the UVA30 is connected to the 700 Rspec FR. The 700 has a dimmer but the UVA30 bar light doesn’t and i recalled my conversation with HLG about keeping the light 24 inches above the canopy. So i raised it all up and left the dimmer alone. I have a general PPFD of around 700 across the canopys at 24 inches and the dimmer at about 70% power.
I do notice that the leaves are pointing upwards reaching for the light, the ones that are effected with the light green margines and starting to see tip yellowing also. Good call @Covertgrower .thank you.

You really don’t need the UV until flower for trich production. Looks like they may have a bit of sunburn.

That reminds me of the smog monster from the 1974 Godzilla movie, Godzilla vs The Smog Monster. It scared me to death. Now i watch it and laugh at the cheesy props they used.
