Made some changes and caused some problems

Hello everyone,
I have been growing fairly successfully over the years in a basic 5x5 tent and started with dwc in 5 gallon buckets switching to rdwc with a external 20 gallon rez to keep the water flowing and including a water chiller. My most recent project has been around trying to maximize each grow and minimize my electric costs so I built out a 8x8 room in my basement lined it with reflective film and have a single 40 gallon rez which has lines running through the wall to the chiller and trash barrels used for mixing/draining. The water stays 68 degrees, I keep the PH in check with an auto doser (up typically for me as my water has always trended down) and use RO water. After doing some room seal tests as well as vpd tests I picked up a 730w ion led which has been working great compared to my last lighting setup and added c02.

The grow started out just like all of my others in the past. I’m growing light of jah. I do 4 clones from a mother plant so I know the nutrient solution requirement should be the same for all 4 as they mature. Made it right through veg faster than what I was used to which had me really excited.

The problems crept in at about week 4 into flowering and I have been stressing ever since. I’m fairly certain the issue is nutrient related. I’m not sure however if it is lockout, deficiencies or toxicities as of course the symptoms can look the same. For feeding I have always used GH and followed the light feed chart for the 10 part system…yes I know its probably overkill but until this grow never had an issue. The one adjustment was always camg. chart shows 1.8ml/g, bottle says 1ml/L or 3.785ml/g if using RO water and I found myself closer to 5ml/g. I have found in the past that keeping my ec at about 1.5 at the highest has been the safest so if the EC were too high after the mixing I would add more RO to get the EC in check.
So starting at week 4 I started getting purple stalks and stems and yellowing in between the veins so assuming camg issues I added another ml/g and gave it a few days. After not seeing any results I flushed with phd RO water with about 200ppms of a super light dose of nutes. I started scouring the internet for any clue as to what I may be running into but the information out there is endless… I tried bumping ppms up closer to 1000 during week 5 into 6 thinking phosphorus/potassium issues but immediately began seeing nutrient burn in the tips as well as other issues so I very quickly went back to what I was following. The plants ( or at least one or more) are taking up nutrients as I have come home from work, topped off with RO water and have had the ppms drop by as much as 50 in a day. Unfortunately my solution for this grow has been to add camg every day and change the 40 gallon rez every 5 days which doesn’t allow me to really follow the schedule. This grow is about over as I’m in week 7 and starting my flush in a few days. I’ve grown this strain before and know that it has soo much more potential so hopefully someone out there has a clue. I have a new mother plant ready for cloning and hope I don’t have to stress through another grow…

Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated.
