@captb How far along on your grow are you?
I’m a firm believer in lst. You can do this throughout the veg state but once you get to flower you only have about four weeks before your plant becomes rigid. If your growing autos I’m not sure about how and when to stop lsting. Good luck on your grow. Lots of very great people on here that can help. Ask all the questions you want. There is no such thing as a dumb question. Keep on keeping on friend!!

Here’s a shot of early LST in my room. I topped them a week ago and as they grow I bend the tops over almost 90°.The branches will get memory and as they continue to shoot outward I follow them with rubber twist ties or electrical wire. When you lean the branch over the smaller lower branches become an exposed cola site. Once you get it spread where you want your coverage you usually let them grow to the desired height and change the light schedule.
