Lsd plant problems 1 out of 3 didnt do well

Ok first time growing lsd! Was really excited about this plant but now idk. Two are off and running. My dad has cancer so I’m not home as much as I should but give directions to my daughter whose 25. She is watering and taking care of them while I deal with here. Anyways one of the lsd plants lost all its leaves and looks sad.

The other to which I did nothing different with did fine.

Any ideas I’m putting it back under the dome. See if I cant resurrect it.

It looks like mold on the bags it’s not it’s just the calcium from Cal mag.

The second pic looks like she’s hungry wait for others to chime in and get there opinion happy growing :v:.

We would need more information, please. Fill out a support ticket.

Sometimes it just can be genetics but it’s not all that common.

I also see a lot of green mold/moss growth on the dirt indicating too much moisture. I would not put the humidity domes back on and yes, please fill out this support ticket:

Honestly @Nicky, I think there might be a problem with this strain. My first seed sprouted into a twisted little mess. It’s still alive, at about 8 weeks old, with two tiny sets of leaves. I put that pot out of the grow room with my overwintering houseplants.

My second seed took off like crazy. It’s a bit short, 14 inches at 30 days, but is in full bloom and doing well.

I’ve seen couple other people have a similar problem with twisted little seedlings, I’ve been watching very closely.

This is seed #1, poor Loretta.

This is Lucy at day 29, yesterday.

It’s your environment, a plant should grow bigger than that before it flowers. That’s what my experience tells me.

A soil slurry sample would help it will give uan accurate ph reading.

Temps a little cool, I would boost it to 78f if possible.

Have you been watering by weight? Overwatering is a common issue.

I have been very careful about watering. I do weigh her - but I also use moisture meters. Nothing goes in until she reads dry.

I can warm her up a bit. Actually probably did - turned down the exhaust and turned up the lights a bit. (Moved her to the floor to give more headroom.) It’s about time for a check anyway, I’ll see how she’s doing.

Don’t trust the mosture readers they arnt accurate. Lift your pots until you do autopots or coco, at least that’s my advice.

I literally put her on a scale almost every day. I’m still learning how the pot should feel when it’s “light”. The MMs are just an aide, not a decider. With water at about 8 lbs/gallon, she’s getting around 4 lbs of water when she’s thirsty.

She was at 80 degrees, and I took the opportunity to clean her humidifier and refill it. I upped her exhaust a tad also.

I can do a slurry test, but I need to get distilled water, according to all directions I read. I’ll be going out tomorrow and will get some then.

The “Pot for Pot” claims (their claim) that you don’t need to pH - I didn’t pay mind to that and water’s been going in at 6.5 since day one. She has only had water until very recently. She’s had two feeds, one at 1/4 strength, one at 1/2 strength (but that one had just Sugar Daddy and Awesome Blossoms and Magical, not the base nutes).

Oh you got a “Twisty”. I had one like that. Mine was a rare rogue twins plant

Well I got pics tonight and it came back to life. I let the pots dry for three days and had my daughter check it today and boom. Back in business. Had her water today.

I don’t water until runoff usually. I give them about 15liters and let the plant dictate. With my daughter I forgot to tell her. Well they upped my dads chemo and he did well with smoking a cigar. Lol. Ate up all
His dinner for the first time in years.

Good news on your dad! My father fought the good fight against prostate cancer for 13 years. Getting him to eat anything was the hardest. Best wishes for success in his treatment.

Also good news on your girls! Post pics when you get a minute.

And of course, here’s Lucy on day 32. She’s a mini, but she’s going strong. (15.25 inches)

Thought it would be bigger. I hope mine get bigger. I am trying!

Mine is a shrimp. I read someone else’s diary on another site - he grew three LSD autos. One was tall with airy buds, one was short with dense buds, and one was short with airy buds. He said they were all good smoke, so I’m just hoping I get the short/dense. We’ll see!

She did grow a whole inch since yesterday… I had said I’ll be happy if she makes 18 inches tall, well, she’s at 16.25 today.

She looks to be filling in her top a bit, I posted a pic from 4 days ago earlier in the thread.

I got almost 7.5 zips from my lsd. Autos are very picky and like an almost perfect environment especially when they are little. No two seeds will be the same so it’s normal to have different looking plants. Just learn from this grow and use the info going forward.

@Fiz what do you have going on there with the strings? I couldn’t really tell from the pics

This one decided to grow her branches straight up like a folded umbrella. I pulled them out, and move them about a bit to keep them out of the shade. I have them clamped to the pot to make it easy for me.

Next time, which I’m starting as soon as this one finishes, I’m gonna FIM or top, depending on how bad my hands are shaking when I do it.
