If you can’t get a humidifier, a bowl of water with a rag in the bowl and a corner of said rag hanging out. Helps in smaller spaces.

Humidity is the measure of how full the air is of moisture. 22% RH means the air currently holds 22% of the max it can hold at that temp. Pretty dry. Cold air can’t hold as much moisture as warm air, so when the cold, damp air at 90% humidity come inside it’s warmed up and becomes 15% RH. Same air, same amount of water, different temperature. It’s why your skin itches and lips are chapped in the winter - the air inside has too low humidity. Adding a heater will lower the humidity, not increase it.

To add humidity to your space you’ll have to focus on a small environment (inside the tent) and not try to boost the whole house. Turn off the exhaust and use the rag and bowl trick.
