If termites are an issue that you are trying to get ride of i would more recommend Beauveria bassiana fungi ( Botani Guard WP22) to take care of the termites, ants, army worms, grubs and other soild born pests. While yes the Neem cake helps brevent them some, it will not completely stop them if they have a decent population.
