Looking for help with plant set up

I am using pot risers with a small tray to catch runoff and that is sitting in a drip pan, per try and drip set up is 20$ and it is limited me in my tent do you guys have any more cost efficient and practical set up for drain to waste set up

growershouse has saucers and elevators for a lot less money than that.
For my 5 gallon pots I use an elevator, but for my 3 gallon pots, I just use 4 PVC pipe end caps, like these:
