I’m thinking about trimming these all up quite a bit tonight

These were 5 weeks in veg and Friday was the end of week one flower

If youre going to defol, wait till day 21 from 12/12 flip. That way you can see the full stretch and take what you need

Yea, wait. Your plants are gearing themselves up to pop bud sites and you dont want to interrupt the process. If you start defoling, she will concentrate on recovering from the defol and your yield could be affected. Defol at day 21 and then again at day 42 if needed.

The tent itself is great
Down inside that thick canopy it’s off my chart

Nah man, dont worry about being roasted. We dont do that around here… do you have an exhaust ? Intake? Oscillating fan inside your tent ?

Okay so I have a 6” oscillation fan and a 6” exhaust fan
I have screened window ports at the floor level opened for air intake
It should
As it’s setup now
Have good airflow from the base to up and out the top
That was an issue that took multiple configurations to straighten out

As long as you have good airflow then youll be golden. Im in a 12x8 and my humidity jumps up in the 80s sometimes with 2 dehumidifiers going. Ive never had any issues with mold, wpm, ect (knock on wood)

I’m usually a defole guy. It should have been done before flip IMO. Now what was said above will work.

I would rather say: 21 days after first flower (buttons).
When you remove leaves, be aware that they produce the sugars needed to produce flower. Removing too many will affect yields. Removing understory growth and fan leaves is about all you want unless plant is extremely bushy.
FYI at 5 weeks plant is not sexually mature and I don’t really see much indication of flower yet. Usually plan on a two week transition once plant is ready to flower.
