Hello everyone… Can someone please tell me what this is on my poor plant. I’ve noticed these little white spots on the leaves and I’m not sure if it’s mildew or bad nutrients… I’m completely lost. I recently repotted her and I’m just completely lost on this… any suggestions would be a great help

I would check for thrips or spider mites.
Neem oil, and spinosad will eliminate them, through a daily application at first, then spread out every other day.

Look at the undersides of the leaves. Spider mites look like tiny black dots. I had luck getting rid of them with insecticidal soap spray (underside of leaves) and diatomaceous earth sprinkled on the dirt in the pots.
