I have a kind 1000 grow light the manufacturer recommendations for seedlings is 15% red 35% White is 35% blue my plants are on their second fifth leaf my question is at what point can I turn the light 100%

I like to gently work my way up to about halfway before transition to flower. Maybe 10-15% a week or so.

Then start to crank it forreal in flower
