Light leaks myth or fact?

So let’s say for outdoor plants with a clear sky and full moon that’s at least 1-2 lux right and the moon is still reflecting light from the sun so would this little bit of light actually be beneficial for natural rhythm of the plant (indoors)

I believe the way dr bruce bugbee describes this is if you can read a newspaper at normal distance from face…its too much light. Yes light pollution can affect a plant. But also does not need to be perfectly 100% dark as well.

The full moon reflects 1, 300,000th of the light from the sun. Not enough to trigger the plant.
