Not sure what could have caused that. The other leaves around it looks good. Maybe something got splashed on it, and the light burnt it. I would not be too concerned about it at this point. Just keep a eye on the rest of the plant.

I’d guess a drop of liquid sat there long enough to affect the leaf. It happens.
