LED grow light power percentage and distance

Was just wondering if in late veg should I keep my led running at 100% 12-24 inches away or should I have it dimmed. I Want to get the most out of the light here is how it’s currently set up at 75% it’s a growers choice roi e720

Crank them up and set at 24” and let them grow up to the lights but at some point you may need to move them up.
