@Oheeeoh Thank Youā€¦Iā€™ve put some time into this soilā€¦all the reading on this forum that Iā€™ve done has made me think Iā€™m on the right pathā€¦.

I know itā€™s ā€œcountryā€ but youā€™ll appreciate whatā€™s underneath

Currently allowing EVERYTHING in the compost pile to ā€¦ just cook, grow, and beā€¦come February next year this will get flipped over and REALLY cooked again for Aprilā€¦NOTE: the compost pile or hole or whatever you wanna call it is a compilation of old soilā€¦table scraps and gardening leftovers that has been there for at least 5yrs and we create and use from it each year dimensions roughly 5x5 around and we add rabbit poo from our farm to it when needed

If the big girl is still stacking on nodes, Iā€™d say she has at least a month left. The last few weeks is when they really start to pack on weight.

Yea sheā€™s like stretching and putting on the buddageā€¦if I hadnā€™t have read so much Iā€™d be confused but the fact that sheā€™s not making new leaves is a clear and good sign to me
