Overwatering is the first thing I see signs of. What are your watering practices? How much at once and how often??

And this is a plant I grew. Once I saw the leaves doing this, I quit watering her completely for about a week. When she drooped, I gave her a small amount and all new growth looked normal. These lower leaves got cut anyway a few weeks later. Here (he) is with the new growth corrected. Realized male within a week of this pic.
I grow hydro so it here always in water lol. I didn’t have air tones in them until a few days ago n I was drowning them essentially but what can I do abt the over watering since their in hydro?!?

Yeah he was a big beautiful male ugghhh!!! Lost 8 weeks. I had a run of seeds from friends and all of them turned male, 4 total and all in a row. Stash gone. Trying to get the ones I have now through flower, 2 plants in the 3rd week of flower and a 6 week veg in my smaller tent. I will stick with purchased fem seeds from now on.

First run in a 10 gallon pot in a tent between 3x3 and 4x4. 26 weeks and got 11.8 zips.
This hobby has got me. I have always been a smoker. I want to try different mediums. Coco, organic living soils with organic nutes, hydro, outside etc. I just love growing this plant and watching what she can do.
