My experience has been, drroping is from to much water.
Or not enough.
For me, ha. Prob to much, drown the junk, yep, that’s what I do.

this is just my opinion but I think they’re under watered spraying the dome only isn’t giving the roots any water.
When I have a sprout I spray the soil but when small I put a red solo shot cup over the plant to keep the moisture off. This makes the roots search for water making them bigger. As plants get older up to 2- weeks or so I use a taller plastic cup 4” across spraying until soil is moist then put dome back over. This leaves a dry circle around the stem keeping it dry and the roots searching. Again just how I’ve done it not saying it’s the right or only way.
I also to make sure if any water droplets are on plant to gently blow or wipe off.

If you’ve only been misting the domes than I agree with @Midwestnewbie on them being to dry. you’re going to want to give them just a little bit of pH water for their size

That is exactly correct.
Mine did the exact same thing as yours at as yours at this stage.
I was not watering mine just misting
Then I would place a bag on top, a dome.
Over the course of the day humidity would collect in the bag and drip down causing the dirt to be wet therefore drowning the plant.
Took me a while to figure it out. Because I knew I was not watering them.
I am basing my observation on the plant leaning over, looks wet, very wet. Correct me if I am wrong.
