Jack's 321 in hydro questions before I use

So I just ordered some Jack’s 321 kit off their site last night.
Does anyone have a grow using this that I can read ?
Any tips for it in hydro with ro water ?

My last 4 grows have been using the 321 formula. I can help with anything you need. I run coco but hydro is hydro.

I dont flush personally. Yes you can use Jack’s with coco and soil. It is also friendly with organic soils

Thank you everyone for the replies. When I start to use it next grow I will most likely have questions.
I think because I’m using RO water I wont have the calcium or something will be missing. Saw it in that video.

I’ve recieved part B waiting on part A. I will be using it in hydro starting next week if you want to see

I run R/O water and I never have a problem. If you do see a calcium deficiency while using Jack’s then you just increase the amount per gallon of the bag that says…CALCIUM nitrate lol it’s very straightforward…as it should be. People shouldn’t need 10 bottles of nutrients just to get a plant to harvest…its ridiculous actually

@imSICKkid I read it wrong watching videos. It’s something else. Table salt lol that’s in city water. Or some small trace element.

And that’s why I want to change up. All these dumb ass bottles. I’m done with them. I’ll post all that’s in kit I got when it arrives. It’s a full kit so has finisher and a couple others.

You wont need the whole kit for cannabis.
Just 2 bags from Jacks…the Part A(5-12-26 bag) and the part B(15-0-0) bag. The third additive is the Epsom salt and any kind works

Using jacks for me would be like going back to the 90’s getting my nutes from poinsettia nursery near me in San Diego.

Anyone have troubles ph water after nutes ( jacks321) are in ?

My ph using ro water drops to 4.9 with nutes. Ph up seems so much more touchy than ph down.
I’m having a tough time ph the water. Seems to swing a lot slowly at first.
Do I wait a while after nutes are in ? Are they still dissolving for some time and changing ph still ?

I have same thing. The use ratio is different between the two. The PH up that I use causes huge swing when compared to the down.

Damn that was fast reply @Bulldognuts thanks !!

That’s what I’m getting. Ratio is different. So I’ll have to find a dropper for the up so I dont over apply it.

I was going through notifications trying to get caught up and saw yours come up. I poured mine in Mason jar and use this syringe to measure exact amounts so I can sort of get an idea how much I’m adding.

I am using Jack’s finish on my current grow.

Used for last few weeks. In place of 5-12-26

It is 7-15-30 @5.3 grams per gallon

As you’ve gathered @imSICKkid is the Guru w all things Jacks.

I’ve had trouble w ph but not related or due to using Jacks, its an ongoing thing w me, usually under control but it can get away from me from time to time. Regardless of the nute line I’ve always had to tweak it w ph up. I will say that w the last nutrient line (and there were plenty, ff etc.) I was using much more of it to keep it in check.
Nowadays I need only 1.5 tsp and that gets me into the 6.5 zone.

I’m very happy I switched to Jacks :+1: That finish looks interesting. :metal: :v:
