Jacks 321, finisher & bloom thoughts

@HarvestEagle , I also run Jack’s. So far only in Root’s soil but would like to try coco sometime. I’m sure there are plenty of posts about tweaking Jack’s but I’ve just run their “standard feed” from start to finish, including seedlings. I’ve always been more than satisfied with the results! I have plenty of other stuff on my plate, I don’t have time for extra chemistry experiments. Besides I’m not that smart on that stuff so I trust their recommendations. So far so good and pretty simple. I do add silica also. Good luck. :+1:t2: :v:t2:

@DEEPDIVERDAVE Thanks! I’ve cleaned off the bottom foot or so of each plant but probably not going to remove a whole lot more now that flowering has begun. The odd yellow or dead leaf here, maybe one or two for airflow there but nothing major.

Bottoms

I will probably end up tying some threads to the ceiling support and pulling in any that try to lean against the walls when they start getting heavy. Otherwise I’ve got a net in there to help keep them supported. Next time I’ll need to net them earlier to see if I can improve uniformity.

They’ve been topped a few times each. My first time doing so, so easing my way into the practice. They seem to not even care about the decapitation most of the time. :joy:

Your plants are beautiful! Mine are on a similar scale. Popped mid-end of October I think and flipped on 2/10.

Current all pic

The one on front right is a little taller because of a weak/slightly defective light. Replaced now lol. Luckily they each have their own fixture so can just adjust the one up some.

@Fishyswaw So far Jacks A, B and Magnesium Sulfate is great! Had them in happy frog on top of ocean forest so didn’t use any nutes while they were small. Just Mykos for transplant, then Fish Sh!t and some great white on an alternating schedule until they looked hungry. Will definitely try on clones when I have the space to start playing that game!

I like experimenting but I feel you on time. Been working 6-7 days a week for a while now so just trying not to forget to feed lol. As long as they’re happy I can’t complain. Besides, nothing wrong with using the expertise of others that are nice enough to offer their recommendations! No matter how smart you are, there’s always something to learn.
