Jack's 3-2-1 with Pro Mix HP

Is there inline connector between the driver and power cord? If so please take a picture. Probably this or something like it

So the connector comes apart on the cord side too. If you unscrew the part that clamps down on the cord it may push through, and then you should be able to access the wire terminations. Should look something like this

If you get that far you can just remove old 240v cord and replace with with 120v. Depends on how long you need hardware store should have, maybe even walmart? If nothing else you can cut what you need off an outdoor extension cord. Not sure if wire size is printed on cable but it’s probably 14awg or 16awg for a light that size.

Finally rigged up a little system for the DTW. Drains hooked up to under the bed storage totes, sits about 15" tall. Was a complete PITA. Bought these connectors by recommendation from the coco for cannabis website and they were super hard to use and leaked all over the place.

Easy fix though, just gotta wait for my other connectors to show up. Light cycle has now been set to 12/12 also, so finally time for flower. They’re 55 days old rn. Hopefully this system helps make watering my girls manageable.

So a few days of using this DTW set up and things are looking great. Definitely worried about height as the plants are stretching, and the new setup added about 15" to their height.

The right table’s (Big Detroit Energy) runoff is somewhere in the ballpark of 2.7 EC, which seems high in my opinion. Slight painted nails and clawing which tells me to try and bring down that EC. I’ve been feeding between 1.9 -2.1 EC and 5.8ph in the res once a day at 4pm, about 20liters at a time. Would more than one watering event a day help to bring this in line? The left table is at a comfortable 2.2 EC.

@Isleofdogs tagging you because ik you run a sweet dtw setup homie :sign_of_the_horns:

Yes, that’s very high for frequent fertigation. I start with the EC ranges here

And try for runoff that’s 0.3 millisiemens higher.
Today I measured 1.5 in and 1.9 out, which suggests lowering EC input a bit. But I’m also watching my plants. No burnt tips.

Yes. My pump timer is set for 3 fertigation events a day 6 hours apart. I’m in coco. I don’t know if Promix is different.

Thanks for the help brother. Bringing my EC to a cool 1.2-1.4 for these next few fertigation events, we’ll see how it goes.

Would another way of approaching this be to add a 4th watering event into your schedule? Accomplishes the same thing as lowering the EC?

Yes it might well. But for no rational reason, I plan to lower my input EC instead of adding a 4th fertigation event.

The stretch is unreal… how do yall manage the stretch? Plan on redoing the dtw adding 2 more drippers per pot, and doing a great big haircut while I’m at it..

We don’t, we adapt to the stretch :joy: plants in control

God u guys I just can’t get cloning down to save my life… 15/18 popped roots but once transplanted look all diseased and f’d up…what do you think this is, are they salvageable??

All were healthy looking clones popping roots yesterday..

How long have they had roots? I wait until they are shooting roots out the holes in bottom for about a week before I transplant. They show no sign of any stress, take right off. If you go back on my journal, there’s a detailed breakdown of how I prepare, cut, and finish my clones. Not saying it’s right or better, just that I have good success without much work or worry.

4-5 days just about. Half of them i was letting root a bit more before solo transplant but…

The one maybe not but the others may make it. I agree with giving them some time. Also maybe try to give them a little boost if/when transplanting into soil. Orca, great white, tribus, fishsh!t, anything like this would probably help.

I’ll bust out the Great White. Maybe the dome was too wet, looks to me like root rot? I’m not sure. Going to deep clean and declutter the grow room, give the girls a haircut, and redo the dtw lines.

Sidenote, do you guys think if i take extra clones now (day 7 flower) will they still take a long reveg period after rooting?
