I have been trying to be patient but the ambers seem to not want to come.
Day 96 white widow auto. About to go into week 9 of flower. Soil. Organic nutes. Mostly bloom uprising, Jobes tomato and vegetable and fox farm 5-5-5. Epsom salt, blood meal, kelp meal, EWC. HLG 100 v2 3000k.
Is it ready or keep waiting.
IMO, but I guess it depends on the high you are wanting. I didn’t see much clear, and very very few amber. Seen a couple. But I think you could probably harvest now or in very near future. There are way more experienced growers on here with a lot more experience and maybe they will way in. But I’d say you are probably at the highest thc level right now as it’s just now turning. More amber=more cbd =more couch lock and slightly less thc. But I’d bet that will smoke up real nice. Yummy looking plant. 
Pretty normal to see autos eclipse 100 days total. They look really close, but if they were my plants, I’d let them go until I saw first signs of amber on the actual buds (not sugar leaves, those trichomes mature faster).
However, some plants never get to amber and so then it’s just a judgment call if all the trichomes are milky. I’d wait at least 2 more weeks for that scenario

I will keep checking the trichomes every few days. Hardest part.
This is the first time I am not pressed against a vacation or something else forcing my hand to harvest.
I’m glad to see the HLG 100 v2 given a shot; so often it’s ignored in favor of the more powerful 135 R-Spec, but the 100s perform well, and you can buy them off Amazon.
