So I put one of my plants outdoor to take some direct sunlight for less than an hour but seems to have damaged some leaves… is this light damage or heat?

I don’t see a big issue. However be cautious of the changes in temps from inside to out, also as my man Hellraiser says, keep indoor plants in, outdoor plants out. You don’t want to bring bugs back into the grow space.
