I just transplanted almost a week ago. The leaves have been turning sideways overnight.
That is weird
I’ll be watching for an answer as I don’t know
Strange. Some sort of stress… pH swings?
What lights & at what is the dimmer set at? Could be heat or too much light.
Welcome aboard!
Almost looks like where the position of the light is they are growing to where the light is.
I would guess light stress. What wattage ? How far away?
600w led. @ just under 20incs. No dimmer
I dont grow inside but i just watched a video on YouTube about leaves turning side ways or upside down u can look it up just put why are my leaves turning and i cant remember exactly but it was something about too much heat and the leaves are trying to protect something about the plant like i said YouTube i think it was something perfect gardens i hope this helped im going through alot with my plants so im just trying to help so karma will come back to me hope all goes well
I think that is A LOT of light and possibly heat for a plant that young.
Download Photone. It’s free. Check your PPFD and DLI. There are a lot of posts on how and why.
Are you running a light schedule? 18h on & 6hr off or something like that?
I have an HLG 600R-spec light and at 20% to 30% I have to be about 32" to 36" above plants or it can get hot for them.
Ima tag @dbrn32 . He helped me with some lighting questions and is far more knowledgeable and experienced than I.
Try backing light off some
So far, I have backed my light up and also removed the filter from my exhaust fan. It’s also been 101 - 104 °.
For the past 5 days or so
100+ in your tent?
What is the temp of the room the tent is in?
Not in my tent. The outdoor wether. I have a swamp cooler. But my temp in the tent sits between 76 - 83°
I think I have it resolved. But I’ll have to wait and see.
Is just fine. Just make sure your humidity is up for high temps.
Everything seems to be straitened out. I also turned up my intake fan and have not had any more issues. Thanks for all of your input
