Is this bud rot? I know the pic isn’t great but I saw a little brownness. I didnt have time to thoroughly pick at the buds but I did pry them apart a bit and I didn’t see any of that fuzzy white mold looking shit, but I do see these black specs in there. Anyone know what these specs are or can see rot?

Yea they are. They don’t see to be in the stem but on top of it like little polka dots. Couldn’t tell if they were critters but they weren’t moving
