Is this a deficiency going on here?

The leaves are pretty dark with a little clawing to so it could be nutrient burn, maybe some excess calcium… see the middle circle of the picture below

So, maybe if I give it a good flush?

I would do a water only next time make sure you have the ph right and water enough to get a quart or more runoff then check the ph and ppm of the last part of it to make sure you are good. Your plant doesn’t look to bad just a little over fed

I dont know about calcium im thinking more along the lines of a possible phosphorus def going by the edges of the leaves thats typically
how phosphorus def look and start like i could be wrong cause with nute burn it starts from the tip and works its way back if im not mistaken

I am hoping to maybe get some
Assistance as well. I let my auto flower grow wayyyy too tall, ended up cutting most of the bottom leaves off and switched over the light cycle a week ago to 12/12. The bottom leaves are brown and I’m not sure if my plant is dying or how to save her at this point.
