It’s been almost two weeks 13 days to be exact from planting my germinated seed and looks like my seedling has slowed in growth I may have overwatered is what I suspect. I live in San Francisco and my area is for the most part cloudy and sometimes even foggy I get occasional sun on good days and average temps during the day is 65-68 and 56-58 during the night. It sits on my balcony in a 2 gallon pot with a mix of Fox Farms HF and perlite it’s in a tent but more recently took it out to hopefully get more light. Can anyone give me some advice on what I should? Or is it too late? All pictures are from yesterday and today.

Plant looks OK.
In 4th picture ,it looks like it is starting to stretch, this is an indicator of plant wanting more light…
You mentioned tent, what sort of light do you have and how far from plant is it?
Yep. Intense lighting is very important for a cannabis plant.
Seedings will sometimes pause visible growth for a few days as the plant focuses on laying down a root system.
Be careful to not overwater. All it needs at this point is a couple ml of water per day.
Thanks for the response and I have a outdoor tent with mesh I’m currently growing on my balcony amd it’s slightly covered from above and it’s gets all the light it can get through the day considering I get a lot of clouds where I live. It will get some direct sunlight on occasion for about 2-3 hours of the day the rest of the day is cloudy unfortunately I attached a pic of my set up

Your plant would be mighty grateful if you could provide some supplemental lighting.
Even a 100 watt Vivosun or Viparspectra would not set you back too much.
Cannabis loves light and with Autos you don’t have much time to get good growth.
I will give it a try thank you for the tips it’s much appreciated!
My NL stunted for about a month at that size too. It’ll grow out of it eventually.
