Hello there fellow growers
I posted awhile back about needing some guidance on starting my first grow and had alot of great helpful tips and i applied them to my grow
i created a small grow space of 24in L x 24inW x 30in H in a cabinet and (i know i can use a tent but wanted to save $) a i managed to hopefully have a first successful grow, I have a full AC infinity setup with inline filter, 130w LED light, the Auto Humidifier and the oscillating fan, making a great setup for environmental control
i planted my plant on Oct 17th and it will be 70 days old on Dec 25th, so it will be 10 weeks from seed, which is when i plan to harvest i would just like some of your expert opinions if she’s ready
This is a White widow autoflower purchased from ILGM using Foxfarm Ocean Forest soil with Bergmanns fertilizer given as scheduled per the dosing chart.
She is 25 inches tall at 65 days from seed and has about 10 colas on it. I topped it at the fifth node and used a lot of LST to help with the height to help with overgrowth in my little cabinet but it seemed to work well with the space i had.
i stopped feeding on Sunday and using water only to flush the remaining nutes out of the soil
this picture was from Sunday
This picture from today (Wednesday)
the second picture is getting my first noticeable leaf discoloration but i understand that is normal as the plant is attempting to use its own stored nutrients.
i took a picture of a couple flowers and trichomes from a few different sites and they seem be getting cloudy to me, but i figure i can wait another 5 days to help improve things if you all think i should.
i am not too worried about yield as this is my first (hopefully) successful grow but from the looks of things it should be a nice harvest but my plan is to harvest in 5 days (Merry Christmas to me!) unless you all think i should do it sooner, as i understand you don’t want the trichomes to start turning brown.
My plan is to start a Northern Light Auto flower from ILGM once this plant is done drying and beginning the curing process.
any input or tips would be greatly appreciated
Thanks and happy growing!
